What are your shipping times?
MUGS:
Please allow 5-7 working days for mugs to arrive. I use a print provider so I cannot currently offer gift wrap or messages for mugs.
PRINTS
Prints are shipped free by second class post, or you may upgrade to first class shipping (1-2 days) for an additional fee.
SWEATSHIRTS
Production times are longer for sweatshirts. Please allow 10 working days.
AIINA | PAKISTANI WEAR
Pakistani clothing will arrive 3-5 days after your order is placed. We use Royal Mail 48 to ensure your outfit is with you within 5 days of ordering. You may also upgrade to next day delivery for last minute fits.
If you are ordering items from different collections, please note that they may arrive separately.

We are based in London/Derby UK but ship nationwide.

For damaged or faulty items, please send a photo to @niaslove or email shopbyatee@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order with evidence.
We reserve the right to reject your query and refuse a refund if we feel a product has been worn beyond being tried on or if there are doubts about customer sincerity.
You will need to cover the costs of return shipping.

All personalised items are non refundable and non returnable. If you still believe there is an issue, please DM niaslove or email shopbyatee@gmail.com with your order number or images and we will do our best to help. If you've come over from Etsy you may also send images there.
For damaged items. Please send photos along with your query and we will arrange a replacement or refund- replacement may take up to 5 working days for mugs and 10 working days for sweatshirts.
AIINA | Pakistani Clothing
We provide sizing information under each product listing and additional information to help you choose the right fit. We check each item before shipping out and will not send an item out if we find a defect, sizing issue etc. Currently, we do not offer returns. If for some reason you are still unhappy with your outfit please DM niaslove or email with your order number and any supporting images for your query to shopbyatee@gmail.com
